Cancellation Policy
I understand things happen. So, please reach out to me ASAP if you need to reschedule.
I charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. You MUST pay the deposit 48 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so, will result in your appointment being canceled.
If you are running later than 15 minutes, we will need to reschedule and the card on file will be charged 30% of the service price.
You will be charged with the card I have on file. If that card declines, a new appointment will not be booked or held until the fee is paid.
Yes, the deposit goes towards your appointment.
I ask all guests to please respect my time and other guests time as well, as I do each of you.
